  To get you started using the Model, there are 4 separate ‘strategies’ to choose from, each assuming a different rate of return.

  Standard:   Segment 1: N/A   Segment 2:  4%   Segment 3: 6%   Segment 4: 8%   Segment 5: 10%   Investment Segment: 12%

  Intermediate:   Segment 1: N/A   Segment 2:  4%   Segment 3: 6%   Segment 4: 8%   Segment 5: 9%   Investment Segment: 10.5%

  Conservative:   Segment 1: N/A   Segment 2:  4%   Segment 3: 6%   Segment 4: 7%   Segment 5: 8%   Investment Segment: 9%

  Custom:   You as the advisor can choose the ROR for each segment.

   

  *You may decide to change the strategy at any point when constructing the model.
