How do I tell the Model what segment I want the GMWB to start in?

I watched the tutorial for the income flooring segment and noticed that there is a way to tell the model the segment that you want the GMWB to start in. However when I go to this section of the report I do not see the same drop down boxes to do as was done on the tutorial.

Additionally, how come no one ever answers the phone over there?
